Q: How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

A: All items will be shipped directly to you for free within 5-10 business days. Most items are delivered within 5-12 business days or 15-25 business days. Please allow up to a maximum of 45 business days for the items to arrive.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: When you order with Seeker Enterprise, you will receive a unique tracking order number via email. You can track your order anytime here: Track Orders.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: You can purchase on our website using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI. Additionally, we support PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the "Contact Us" page or email us at seekerenterpriseshop@gmail.com.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to request a return. A 20% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer pays return shipping.
  • No returns or refunds on items with a price of $400.00 or above; these are final purchases.
  • Returns or refunds on items priced at $399.99 or below are acceptable.
  • Please ask all questions before purchasing, as all sales will be final.
  • We do not accept returns for a better price.

Q: Which currency will I be charged in?

A: We currently support the following currencies: USD, CAD, and EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, you will be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank may apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose as per their policy. Please check with your bank for exact charges.

Q: Can I use multiple coupons on the same transaction?

A: Only one coupon can be used per transaction or cart. However, you can add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and available discounts.
