Eligibility: We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items: Items priced at $400.00 and above are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Items priced at $399.99 and below are eligible for returns or refunds.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact Us: To start a return, email us at seekerenterpriseshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Types of Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
