• Domestic Shipping: We ship to the 48 continental United States, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

• PO Boxes: Many items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please include a physical street address to avoid delays. Orders may be delayed if a physical address is not provided.

• Multiple Addresses: Shipping to a different address is possible. However, you must first add this address to your PayPal account as a primary address.

• Warehouse Locations: We utilize multiple warehouses worldwide, so items may not be shipped from the same location. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Don't worry if you don't receive all items at once; they are on their way.

• Address Accuracy: Ensure the correct shipping address is provided during checkout. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: All items are shipped for free within 5-10 business days. Most items are delivered within 5-12 business days, with some items taking up to 15-25 business days. In rare cases, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery.

Payment

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal. Ensure your PayPal account has the correct and updated address to avoid any shipping issues.
• Address Verification: For security purposes, orders will only be shipped to the address registered with your PayPal account.
